Called today and spoke to the nicest guy. He ended up giving me heaps of information to support my knowledge in reporting back to the insurance company. Super friendly. And I am so greatful to have spoken to someone offering genuine and helpful advice (after so many big companies turning me down due to the nature of the survey I was after) He took the time to speak to me and ensure I understood what he was saying..... I came across peter when having problems with a neighbour doing building work affecting a party wall. It's at times like this when you need a professional for clear concise advice and that's exactly what Peter gave me. I can't speak highly enough of him he really was of great help to myself and my wife. I also found that he was easily contactable returning calls and emails promptly, which is rather refreshing. A thoroughly nice chap to deal with whom I can highly recommend. Thanks Peter

We asked Peter to carryout a building survey on an unusual property. Peter was extremely reliable, professional and thorough with his report, reasonably priced and we would not hesitate to recommend.

Peter Teague was acting as my neighbours surveyor when my neighbour was in dispute with me over my extension and we was going through the party wall act. He was a friend of my neighbors and she chose him to act as her surveyor as she was not happy to use the surveyor I had chosen from a list of recommended surveyors from Birmingham City Council. Peter Teague charged me four times the average rate to provide this service. We did dispute this and eventually he did reduce his fee. Funny how Peter Teague only has 1 review and its 5 star with someone with the the same name as him. 01/08/2017 my neighbour e mailed me today asking me to take this review off as Peter Teague has asked her to ask me. Sorry Peter I am giving an honest review. Perhaps next time you will be more fair with your charges. I also have information that you have had your fees disputed by other customers in the past. Peter Teague tried to charge us 3000 for a 600 job.

We used Peter teague to survey our first home. He was very helpful and his knowledge and skill made our conveyancing so easy. I'm in the building trade but his keen eye pointed out things I hadn't noticed. We would highly recommend him to future prospective buyers.
