You were brilliant and attentive with us and the delegates attending our training. Your customer service is stunning! We were also impressed with how well you managed in challenging circumstances - the real life fire evacuation. This is not something we usually think about when booking venues but it's so important to know that a venue is prepared for such circumstances. The evacuation of the whole building was calm, well managed and included an efficient checking in with all trainers to make sure that their participant groups were safely assembled. Well done to you all!
