It's a scam ! They worked with Binks Bank before ending the partnership. Binks told me that I will be contacted by Railsr to give me back my 6000 present on my account, I have no news after more than 6 months and I will have to start legal proceedings

Crooked banking company. They illegally charge fees and refuse to provide service for what they charged the fee for.

I opened a credit card with them. It came with a $60 annual fee and a $429 bonus (in the form of $10 weekly statement credits spread over a year) for signing up. It sounded good until it didn't. They terminated the card in about 5 month due to a conflict with their partner (!) and are not willing to reimburse the prorated annual fee and/or pay the remaining bonus credits (!!!). What's even worse is that they didn't have enough decency to notify their customers about their decision to terminate the card in advance. They did it on very short notice by basically letting us know that the card won't be functional the following week for all customers. Mind-boggling! Stay away from this company.
