We have been using The Depositary at Duncan Yeardley for two months now. The support getting started has been great. It is a very easy to use system but any queries have been quickly answered. The team make great claims about how much time it saves in the end of tenancy process - surely you cant go from 4-5 hours work down to 30 minutes? I was sceptical but Im happy to say that Ive been proved wrong! The automation is fantastic and it just makes things really easy simple and transparent for everyone. I highly recommend this as a piece of technology that not only improves your service but saves you time and energy.

Depositary has made dispersing deposit really easy! We mainly get agreement from the tenants due to the transparency of the platform. The closing down of the TDS as well is such an added bonus! Only thing I would change is to give agents more control to push matters through or hold on them, on behalf of the landlord.
