        Like ALL the other reviews, consider using a different language app / product. Only because they say they give a 15 business day refund. They dont. You will be waiting longer and thats really bad hence this review. But the product isnt great either.

        4 or 5 stars for course content - it's great. Minus 4 or 5 stars for customer service (it really can be that bad) - hence the average of 1 star. I am not being over critical I can promise you. I have the (many) ignored e-mails to back-up my verdict.

        A rip off company, I have paid for a 2 year course and have had lots of problems, customer support is non-existent, I have been given a phone number which is Unobtainable, I have phoned the head office in Gt Easter St only to be held on the line and then told that the system is down and they cannot take my call. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
