18 months ago I and my fellow directors approached HouseManage. We had a bad experience with a managing agent in London. With HouseManage we have enjoyed a clearly different and refreshed service. They are extremely professional and always address all requests in a timely manner. Our Block comprises 180 units and throughout the tender process (that includes four potential new agents) HouseManage was a standout winner for offering their dedicated services, they have improved the sites management to a great extent and made our work easy. The HouseManage team is very professional and easy to work with. They are transparent and completely open in setting their fee- with no extra charges they set up a fair price. Also, when it comes to a new expenditure they thoroughly do through the tender to offer the best value from the service charge. Overall it was a great experience!
