We've been renting through The Estate Office for the past year and it's been great. They are quick to answer any email and sort any issue. Especially Claudia has been a dream to communicate with, she always goes above and beyond to help and support. I would definitely rent from The Estate Office in the future..

We were tenants of the Estate Office for a year. During the tenancy, they were slow at responding to issues and inefficient in dealing with problems. When our tenancy came to an end they aggressively pursued us for the entirety of our deposit, despite the fact that we had left the property in a very good state and had the flat professionally cleaned. They sought to blame us for issues with the property which were there when we arrived and which were clearly marked in the original inventory. We were forced to take the Estate Office to an independent deposit adjudication, which awarded us the vast majority of our deposit back. Throughout the process, the Estate Office was unreasonable and would not engage constructively. I would not recommend the Estate Office to anyone.

Claudia Gal is a really wonderful landlord/agent. She's been incredibly attentive and helpful during my tenancy and its been a pleasure to interact with her. All issues with the flat were dealt with efficiently and with care. I'd really recommend Estate Office Shoreditch - lovely flat and lovely support!

Efficient, responsive and adequate, The Estate Office and specially Claudia, allowed me to settle comfortably and quickly in a perfectly clean apartment in central Shoreditch. After a few observations of malfunctioning elements (shower, tap etc...), she immediately took charge of the situation, had someone come the next day and had the elements replaced. It's those little things that make everyday life better and that make me grateful to be living in this flat. Thank you.
