Engineer went over and above, even cutting his finger trying to get paper jammed into printer. He eventually got it all out. Unfortunately the jam was so bad it damaged the printer head but 10 out of 10 for trying!

This company is a scam!!! I would put 0 stars if it was an option. They charged me a call out fee of 78 and did nothing for my printer. Initially, i had spoken to a receptionist and she had taken all the information about the printer and what was wrong with it. When the engineer came he said he would not be able to fix it and the part would potentially be more expensive than getting a new printer. I had spoken to another receptionist and he said he would let me know about the part. He did not call back. After 2 days i called them back and that is when they let me know they would not be able to even get the parts. So i asked for a refund and the receptionist stated that the fee was just for the call out. On the invoice, it stated the fee was for a repair and call out. The receptionist proceed to explain that the business would not make money if they gave refunds and that getting a repair is a gamble. If you want to get your printer fixed dont trust this company. They dont care to repair.

I had two call outs. One where the engineer recommended I just replace all the inks as the coloured ones had run dry - so I did buy some at expense from Diamond Source. These took over two weeks to be delivered. When I got them they didn't work, so another engineer came out (albeit I didn't have to pay for the second call out) who told me the print head needed replacing and that I would be sent a quote for how much that would be. I waited for a good few days and didn't get a quote so I chased them only to be told that the printer head was obsolete. So there was nothing i could do. I had paid for a callout and expensive inks, which they wouldn't refund because I had opened them (as instructed by their engineer) and now got an obsolete machine which somehow they weren't able to tell me in the first place. Such a waste of time and money. Totally disappointing service.
