Rented a lens for a few days. Lens could have been cleaned a bit better as there was quite a bit of dust on both ends but otherwise no issues. Staff are quite friendly and prices are reasonable.

Brilliant staff, so so grateful for their help. My sigma lens' barrel was loose and despite not even stocking this make, the kind gent at the desk took mine out back and had it working within 10 mins! I woudl have had to send it away and rent or even buy another lens for my jobs this weekend, but this staff member saved me so much time and money. You don't expect this kind of help from a big company. Will be returning to them for my kit upgrade in autumn! Thanks

To be honest, really poor customer service, on the phone and in person they sound like they hate their jobs. I was dealt with by one lady that was friendly enough but they should really work on their customer service and how approachable they are. When you walk in it's like entering a a dull office, there was no greeting no nothing. Made me less enticed to look around due to the unwelcoming and cold atmosphere
