Enrico is a fantastic trainer. Ive been training with him for the last 6 months (the longest Ive ever stuck to training!) and lost 12kg in the process. His workouts are varied, which keeps things interesting, and his diet advice is easy to follow. I would recommend training with him without hesitation.

I've been training with Enrico for almost two years now and I couldn't recommend him enough. His knowledge and experience in the field make him an outstanding, trustworthy and reliable personal trainer. Enrico has been guiding me towards my fitness goals in a supportive, friendly and efficient way. I've been training with him both in the studio as well as online, and the sessions have always been fantastic. We also managed to continue training during lockdown, which was superb! Amazing service!
