He made sure each session pushed me that little further than before and I actually enjoying getting fit again. I had a complete body transformation and made a friend for life at the same time.

I trained with Paul after my ACL reconstruction. I was trying to do exercises on my own and Paul kindly came over to help. He was friendly and informative. I decided to book sessions with him straight away and he helped me with the final stages of my rehab. I loved his training style so continued to book sessions with him and as a result gained a physique I never thought possible. He introduced me to strength training and instilled a good training ethic which I still stand by today. I highly recommend Paul as a trainer!

I have had a number of personal trainers over the years and had not achieved the results that my husband had received after only training with Paul for a short period of time. I also wanted results and so started training with Paul. Paul completed a thorough analysis of my fitness, strength and nutrition. We then set ambitious goals to ensure I received the step change I needed to enhance my strength and improve my nutrition. Paul provided a tailored programme that helped me to lose weight, improve my strength and completely changed my eating habits. Paul helped me so much in getting in shape for my wedding. The results were great and i put on a lot of lean gains. I also learnt so much about training and had a great time doing it. I made a great mate and put on muscle at the same time! Paul is worth your time!
