Beth is absolutely my guardian angelshe listens to you about what you want to achieve and literally knows down to the tee how you can achieve this with her right by your side. And not just about fitness/nutrition wise, she encourages you to do things for yourself, help your mindset as it all goes hand in hand. She has helped me sooooo much and I literally couldnt do this without her The BEST!!

I started last summer with one mission: reinvent myself, and get healthy, physically and mentally. My appearance was starting to match how I felt on the inside, which was not very good. I have so much to thank Beth for. Whats great about our sessions also was that you didnt make me feel bad about not being the best at something. Beth makes working out fun and you forget that youre sweating! Through this experience, Ive learnt that I can push myself a little more. Ive learnt that nothing about fitness is going to be easy but its doeable. Especially, if you have Beth as your PT! Hands down, the best trainer I could ask for, and the PT hub is the best place to get fit at. Thank you for all your motivational support, lovely Beth!! x

Beth is a great trainer with lots of experience. Shes flexible and tailors workouts to meet clients needs. Shes also exercising in pregnancy trained so I feel confident and comfortable training with her during my pregnancy. Defo recommend!
