Glenn is the best PT weve ever had. My now husband and I did a 6 week package with him before our wedding and it was the best. No one session was the same, there was variety, I did something new every session, and his motivational chat was the right balance - respectful, kind and motivating! We have moved further away now, but would 100% keep going if it wasnt for the distance. Training with Glen over anyone else is a no brainer.

Glenn is the GOAT! If youre looking for a PT, no matter where you are in your journey, Glenn is your guy. Ive gone from being the resident skinny kid to consistently eating healthily and training 3 to 4 times a week. The confidence and knowledge Glenn helped me build has made working out a long term, sustainable habit which I never thought was possible. Glenn is patient, supportive and doesnt subscribe to toxic gym culture and unrealistic overnight results. He strikes the perfect balance between holding you accountable, while being a realist and tailoring a programme/diet around your goals and lifestyle. Hes always available over text for any questions, no matter how small or stupid, and continued to maintain communication with me even after I finished my 4 month program with him! 5 star review for a 5 star PT. You wont be disappointed.

Glenn is absolute the best trainer ever! He is super professional, fun, and progressively help me to plan and design everything from the beginning, gradually. I feel this is super personal from diet, training plan, homework, cheat meal and almost everything until we transform the whole body as expected. It is a great investment on both healthier lifestyle, physical and mental health. Strongly recommend.

I have been a regular gym goer for many years and in a short period of time Glenn helped me introduce significant changes to my routine and diet to achieve better results. Over the last few months we have been working on my flexibility and thanks to his personalised routine I managed to get to the level of fitness I have never reached before. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommended for anyone regardless of gym experience!

I have been working with Glenn since March 2022 and we meet every two weeks. Whilst I initially only signed up for a few sessions to reach a short-term goal, I found working with Glenn so valuable that Ive stuck around! He has been great at motivating me to build a healthier lifestyle which includes reaching my strength and movement goals. I would now consider myself an active person, whereas beforehand I went to the gym inconsistently. I also gained a lot of knowledge about movements and how to maximise my workouts and keep improving. He is great at incorporating any new goals and tailor sessions to how I am physically and mentally. I can clearly feel and see the difference in my physique and strength, but also in my mindset. I can now say that I enjoy working out and challenging myself! I would recommend him if you want a PT who is knowledgeable about various types of training (from yoga to strength) and cares about your progress!
