    Felix took a detailed and thoughtful approach from the start, designing a training plan to address specific injuries and deficiencies and providing support and adjustment throughout. It's be great working with him and I would highly recommend him as a PT.

    I can't begin to tell you the effect training with Felix has had on my body. I had a serious shoulder injury 2 years ago and after surgery made things worse I didn't know what to do. After finding Felix on Instagram I messaged him and it was the start of a amazing recovery. I went from having horrible chronic pain in my shoulders, hips, knees and lower back and not being abler to do any type of exercise without pain to being able to do a pull up and heavy deadlifts in 3 months. My lower back and hip pain is completely gone and my shoulder is stronger than it has been in the last 2 years. I on my way back to what I was like before the injury. Its amazing and has truly changed my quality of life. Thanks so much Felix!!

    Working with Felix has been extremely important for me. He helped me a lot in gaining a lot of strength compared to where I was when I met him. There are many exercises I could not do and now I can! Also thanks to him, I've started playing football again. I have now the confidence to go to the gym on my own. He is also cheerful and great to talk to, I recommend him a lot!
