The Agreement in Principle process had no problem. Then I found the property to buy, made the deal, paid the solicitor fee then tried to contact my broker at FirstMortgage. But no chance. He (Ryan Kane) didn't reply to my e-mails, or answer my calls. I called the company and they told me someone else will help but no calls or e-mails at all. I called many more times but no response from the company. They left me in a terrible situation. Then, I gave one-star feedback on Trustpilot and started negotiations with another broker. One day after doing this, the manager called me to ask how they can help me and if I can remove my one-star feedback. I said we can go on with the process and I would remove my feedback temporarily to see the complete process. I stopped the process with the other broker. I sent them documents and Ryan started to make research. But he didn't respond to my calls and e-mails during day time. He was sending me an e-mail in the morning, I was replying in 15 minutes and another response was coming in the evening. So, I lost one more week with this company for nothing. In the end; they said the lenders don't give me a mortgage :) I had a mortgage in principle, come on. I am totally unsatisfied with the experience I had with FirstMortgage. However, the other broker found lenders to give me the mortgage. So, this was not the issue. I started to believe that the process after I gave them a one-star review was just for removing the review. But I am not sure.
