    Great agency. Managed to find a flat very quickly with the help of Natalie Craddok and Matthieu Grimaldi. They are both great and the whole process has been smooth. They reply very quickly to our emails and have managed to accommodate us in the requests weve had prior to the start of the tenancy. 100% recommended.

    Came for right to rent check, turned into checking for the right to leave. This is the only review I've ever left anywhere, so obviously not the best experience here. Spoke to a staff member to do my right to rent check, he was clueless of what this was and if he could do it. Probs new to the job, it's chill, it happens. Staff member goes to check with others if they could do the check misgendering me when referring to me, but whatever, honest mistake, I really don't care. He comes back to the front to ask for my passport, which he looks at, looks at me, misgenders me again and then tells me to take a seat. He brings back my passport and tells me to take a seat again. Time goes by another 20 mins, pretty certain they don't need anymore info from me yet I'm left waiting. My partner goes to ask if we can leave, but the person I spoke with is on the phone. Another staff member "is from sales", so doesn't know if we're allowed to leave yet. More time goes by, we have to ask again and a third staff member comes out and confirms we can leave. She's super apologetic bless her, must be tiring having to work alongside those numpties. We finally leave, not the best time, but again things happen and estate agents sure will be estate agents at times wow. What then really got me is when I receive the addendum for my new place my title is incorrect at every point it possibly could be. Miss instead of Mr. I have not met or even spoken on the phone with anyone else from Keatons other than at this branch on 17th April. They have copies of my passport and have received payments from my accounts stating my full titled name, so I would absolutely love to understand how an error like that could be made? If you didn't have copies of legal documents with my full name and title on, I could understand it's a simple typo, but you DO. An error like that after the in branch experience does feel like it could only be because someone chose to give me an incorrect title as he didn't agree with my legal documents stating I am male. This has made me incredibly uncomfortable and is legally wrong. Keatons clearly don't understand level of stress, humiliation and amount of bureaucracy trans individuals like myself go through to 100% ensure our documents are correct to avoid situations specifically like this. I should not then have to be chasing for my details to me changed and updated when they should have been entered correctly based of my documentation to begin with. Such an incredibly poor experience. Please don't use this branch if you're trans - big up Deptford branch they're much nicer and were very kind helping me this embarrassment out.
