        Absolutely fantastic customer service to go along with a real quality handmade rug. We ordered our rug late in the afternoon and we were given a dispatch note almost immediately. We also received a personalised email from Diane letting us know that our product would be delivered tomorrow which of course it was. Ordering products online can be difficult but Floor_Story really go out of their way to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible.

        They bill themselves as 'East London's Finest Rug Dealers' and I would wholeheartedly agree. The store is great with helpful staff and Simon (the owner) hand selects amazing rugs from all over the world. Well worth a visit to the Shoreditch store.
