This company is a pleasure to do business with. Their stock of quirky, stylish, modern design items is outstanding. They have pieces by some of the finest Italian designers of the day and goods on their website are nearly always available for immediate delivery. Service is quick and efficient and my recent order arrived beautifully packaged. Highly recommended. PS If you love Fornasetti, you wont find a better selection in the UK.

Great service and the items are amazing. I placed an order from Italy and the items arrived in a couple of days. Packaging was great and the customer service as well. One item was discontinued and Nathalie promptly informed me and provided different options on whether to exchange it with other items or get a refund. Great communications and professionalism. I recommend this boutique and the people that work there are nice and trustworthy.

I was told that tax free shopping was available, but after completing the necessary form and getting tax free approval stamped by HM customs, Milk Concept Boutique has given me the run around. I have still not received the expected refund and they are now ignoring my emails. I wont be shopping here again.
