I didn't receive the 2 canvas' I ordered due to no door number being put on the address, so the evri driver handed it over to someone in the street. I was told I can't have a refund. So upset :-(

EDITED AGAIN ... 6 MONTHS LATER, STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO USE. EDITED 2 WEEKS LATER ... STILL WAITING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICES ...HAVE HAD 2 "HOLDING" RESPONSES. BUT NO RESOLUTION I'm sorry to have to give 1 star but ... ordered a photo blanket, wasn't happy with the quality of the fleece. The pile seemed to distort the photos. I have sent 4 emails in 5 days to Printerpix, no response. All I wanted to ask is if it was reprinted onto a thicker fleece, would it look clearer. Very dissatisfied with customer service - or lack of!

Can't fault them! Professional and amazing standard of print for the price! Have ordered a couple of times now on the second order there was an issue caused by the courier who basically tried to stuff the photo album into the letterbox and left half of it out in the rain. However they were very helpful in rearranging a quick replacement. Will definitely order again from them in future!
