Nick has been brilliant from start to finish. He reached out to me about a role I applied for, and has been super helpful all throughout the process, making sure Im confident to start the role and answering any questions I had. He kept me updated throughout the process and helped me prepare for the interview, which ended in me getting the job. Would highly recommend

I had been hesitant about using a recruiter during my recent job search as in the past I have been ghosted after interviews, let down, rejected weeks after applying and generally not had a great experience. Nick however is one of those people who "gets it". I was contacted within one working day about a job that I had applied for and was really excited about, an interview was organised within a week. Nick was great at communicating throughout the entire process and clearly knows his clients very well. Feedback after the interview was the fastest I'd ever had after an interview and Nick really goes the extra mile to support candidates! I've landed a dream role in a new location thanks to Recruitment Avenue, something I wasn't sure I could do during what had previously been a stressful and unsatisfactory job hunt. Thank you so much!
