I do not have enough words to express how happy I am with the customer service team at House of Hackney, especially to Katie for going above and beyond in making sure I received my serpent mirror promptly and communicating with DHL to clear up some shipping issues that was resolved quickly, I will always appreciate the kind and friendly assistance :) Plus the serpent mirror is so beautifully made and such a statement piece, I will look forward to slowly furnishing my space with more of their collection pieces

House of Hackney is fabulous! I purchased the Andastra in Amazonite for a sitting room and its so beautiful. The quality of the paper is top notch and the colors are matched panel to panel. I worked with H of H Customer Service on the details and they were very knowledgeable, friendly, supportive and patient with my many questions. High marks and gratitude!

I recently had the pleasure of making my first purchase from House of Hackney. Katie kindly and patiently assisted me in answering my many questions. Thank you, Katie! I love that this company stands for environmental sustainability and produces products that are so utterly beautiful to boot. Our wallpaper (Plantasia in prism) was recently installed and has made the room everyones favorite. I could happily sit and stare at it for hours. Just could not be more pleased with the wallpaper or House of Hackney as a company.
