Flora Building Hoxton is an excellent choice for me because of its convenient location to school. Overground station and bus stops are all within walking distance, about 4minutes. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. I feel safe and cozy here.

Not bad. Some facilities go wrong but the engineer helped to fix them quickly. Receptions are all super nice. Close to underground station and shops. Enjoy the time living here.

Flora Building was my home for 8 months and I loved it! the staff are great, the room had everything I needed and it is pretty well located! Recommended!

I had an excellent experience staying at this student flat during my time at KCL. I was impressed by the new facilities and the cleanliness of the apartment. The front desk staff were always welcoming and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. One of the best things about this flat is its location. It's easy to get to KCL by public transport, even during the metro strike, there is a direct bus service available. Additionally, there are several supermarkets nearby, including two Asian supermarkets, which made my daily shopping needs convenient. Overall, I found this flat to be an excellent value for money and highly recommend it to other students looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in London.
