I went to buy soapstone last Sunday and was told that the piece I had chosen was from the a basket I explained i had picked it out of the b basket but the woman serving me was so aggressive and walked off to check I pointed out to a different person that it had b clearly written on the bottom When the aggressive woman came back still insisting it was from the a basket and couldnt apologise for her mistake she actually shouted at me saying she had got it wrong I will never shop here again It is completely unnecessary to behave like this with customers this person should learn that the customer is always right This person should learn some manners or get a different job not customer facing
