Rhino Africa are the best company to book with if you're planning a trip to Africa - whether you're planning on a Safari, Cape Town or the wine region. We chose Rhino Africa for our honeymoon and it was truly the trip of a lifetime. They secured us better rates for Safari and in Cape Town / Franschhoek than the rates we had quoted to us direct by each hotel and other companies. They were helpful every step of the way and we are now using them again for another trip to SA next year. The best booking agents around.

Surprised by the strange response from the person handling my enquiry. Initially bursting with enthusiasm, she suddenly became slow to respond. I felt like she was buying time or dawdling by asking me inane questions I had already answered, with promises to deliver my itinerary within 48 hours each time I answered her questions. I never got one. After two weeks of waiting and seeing hotels get booked up everywhere on my trip dates, I booked a luxury lodge online via a generic global travel site. Disappointed after reading so many great reviews. Shame, Candice.

I originally contacted Rhino Africa in December 2018, based on a safari in summer 2020. With COVID, weve just taken the holiday and returned, 2 years later! My contact was Glen and from start to finish, the help, the communication and the professionalism has been first class. Rhino Africa managed to get money back from 2 airlines who went under due the the pandemic. We ended up in 4 counties with numerous internal flights and transfers & 6 hotels / game lodges. Needless to say, the logistics were seamless, the lodges well chosen and every time I emailed Glen he responded quickly and sorted whatever was needed. If anyone is thinking of travelling to Africa, dont hesitate in using Rhino Africa & request Glen, as hes superb. I did extensive research before I got prices from them for the package and they were cheaper that doing the tour independently and arranged everything locally with companies they know and trust from experience on the ground.
