        I booked a sports massage for the day before my weightlifting competition via Treatwell. Zowie messages me ONE HOUR before my appointment saying "Treatwell made a mistake". Fine. Rescheduled for 5pm. I told her I will be 10 mins late, and she said no she can't to it as she has to leave ASAP after the appointment. I said ok no prob will be there by 5pm. She said actually no, tomorrow morning before the comp is better. I was uneasy about this as she already seemed flaky, but agreed. SAME THING HAPPENED, one hour appointment at 8:45am, she messages saying she didn't sleep well. Extremely flaky and unprofessional. I don't care how good her massages may be, this is unacceptable.
