I had a deeply unpleasant experience at Masaj Shoreditch and I have to give them a low score. It was my first time visiting Masaj. During my massage, the male masseuse made inappropriate comments that made me feel uncomfortable and violated. When I repeatedly told him to stop massaging me in certain ways, he did not listen and continued to do so, even when I expressed discomfort. I filed a complaint with the management of Masaj Shoreditch but have yet to receive a response.

I can honestly say that I had the best massage Ive ever had by Hristo! He was listening to me and my preferences and really knew what he was doing. I will definitely come back!! Amazing venue as well you can tailor your massage by picking oil and music, very nice touch!

I had my 90 min deep tissue massage with Hristo Zhelyazkov and am very pleased with the experience. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain his perspective on the issues I was having. I would highly recommend him to anyone whos looking to try a massage here!

Came here because of the good reviews but was very disappointed. The interior and building is average. The actual massage was the lightest massage I've ever had, then when leaving the masseuse says my muscles were tight and recommended I needed to come back for another, stronger, 60 min massage. Would just go elsewhere next time.

I was able to book a same day deep tissue massage with Gabriel which was excellent. I also really liked the vibe of the place and the nice touch of being able to choose your own music/ massage oil/ level of chat. Would highly recommend.
