        Appalling service. My No Claim Bonus certificate was sent with incorrect detail. There has been absolutely no way to contact your team. I have been calling for days and no one has picked up. I even tried to use the online chat, which was also useless as staff were unavailable. I have wasted my time because of the companys error.
