This has to be the worse company I have had the displeasure of dealing with totally unprofessional cowboy outfit If in future you need insurance don't go for the cheap option its not always good These were cheap which is OK if your lucky enough not to need a claim that's when it's all goes wrong They want your money and promise the world but in reality don't care Pass you round and round with excuse after excuse They use another group of cowboys in connection with your insurance One call insurance brokers ( cowboy outfit) Quadra Claims who appoint a loss Adjuster who don't understand from a quote what first fix electrical work is Do yourself a favour stay with a reputable high street insurance company

If I could write 0 I would. These people have taken extremely long to diagnose a problem that was easily rectified had they identified it soon enough. Now the issue has been identified they say I'm not covered for that damage. Leaving me with a bill 10 x the amount it would have been if the case had been dealt thoroughly. Extremely disappointing service

Dreadful. I won't bore people here with the many details, suffice to say that you can only contact their complaints department via email. I rang the number they provided and eventually got through to a claims person after being informed by an automated voice that they've shut their UK offices because of COVID and that the people taking calls are based in Spain! There in no phone number and they didn't reply to my last email which was weeks ago. I currently have an ongoing case via the Ombudsman with one of their satellite firms, the equally terrible Davies Repairs. The Claims person stated they would contact their Complaints Dept. which simply isn't good enough given they've already failed via that method. Top to bottom terrible company. I shall be urging my local Council to avoid hiring this company in future.
