The bathrooms are disgusting and they didn't even spend a day to change our towels or clean the room, they didn't even go in to make the beds. They only entered once in the morning and without warning (more than once they entered while we were changing). The music from the pub downstairs is pounding through your head every night and the kitchen smelt awful and their food was non existent and what little there was was dire. The hot water failed constantly and the people in the hostel made a lot of noise. They told us that it had an outdoor patio and there they told us that there was none. I experienced two robberies at the door of the hotel and the staff did not care much about your needs either. I do not recommend it at all, just for one night at most. Los cuartos de bao estn asquerosos y ni si quiera pasaron ni un da a cambiarnos toallas ni a limpiar la habitacin, ni si quiera entraban a hacer las camas. Slo entraban alguna vez por la maana y sin avisar(ms de una vez entraron mientras nos cambibamos). La msica del pub de abajo te taladra la cabeza todas las noches y la cocina ola fatal y su comida era inexistente y la poca que haba era nefasta. El agua caliente fallaba constantemente y la gente en el hostal hacia muchsimo ruido. Nos avisaron de que tena patio exterior y all nos dijeron que no haba. Viv dos robos en la puerta del hotel y el personal tampoco se preocupaba mucho por tus necesidades. No lo recomiendo para nada, simplemente para una noche como mucho.

Sorry I don't like doing these things but we had booked months in advance with this place being on a tight budget we found it was a very good deal, only for our booking where we'd paid full price to then be cancelled by them 1 month beforehand... We then had to find a place end of June for August, so nothing was available or possible on a budget ! All because they must've overbooked the rooms and couldn't then be bothered to answer the phone... I wonder how many other people have had to change plans because of these things. Very disappointed.

We were not a able to check in despite booking over 6 months in advance. I was there one day before the last day of this hostel and the place was cleared by a fire drill and 2 guards. All entry passes were deactivated during the fire drill and people were let back in one-by-one, escorted by the guards to bring their suitcases down to the common area. The hostel closed the next day.
