MOULDY FOOD, MISSING ITEMS AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I originally gave them a 5 star review, but changing to 1 star in less than a few months. Quality of food and services has vastly deteriorated. Food has arrived mouldy (see attached). If it doesn't arrive mouldy then we're lucky its even arrived. Items have been missing at least every week, including full 2 days worth of food for two people after their driver claimed to have left it on our doorstep after being let in by a neighbour - we checked with our neighbour and they did not let the driver in. We were told the missing delivery this was our fault as we told the driver to leave it outside our door - the driver called us 45mins before the communicated Sunday delivery time slots of 7-10.30pm (see attached), and we were not home and he gave us the choice of leaving outside our flat door or leaving outside the building. Customer service is abysmal, always try to blame the customer. They have new polices and delivery times that are never communicated then used against the customer. They even have a policy of no money refunds and try to refund you with additional meals. Do yourself a favour and avoid the headache of using Key To Food.

I thought I loved Key To Food but I've just had to cancel my subscription. The customer service when things go wrong is so bad. We regularly have missing items in our deliveries and have to chase things. The company's policy on this is to just add extra meals but it then means we get extra food on days we don't want it (e.g. weekends) and sometimes have to throw it away if we can't eat it (sometimes if we leave it until the next say the food is already mouldy?). You can't help but feel this isn't designed with the customer in mind. We had an incident where our food was meant to be delivered and left on our doorstep but wasn't there. The driver said our neighbours buzzed him in but when we checked with them, they hadn't. The response from Key To Food was so unsatisfactory, telling us we should have been in, even though they changed the delivery slot time with no communication to customers. When I queried when the change in delivery time had come about I was told January, but I have emails from Key To Food months later than that with the 'old' delivery times. We also get a food box delivered from another company that is always left outside our door and has never gone missing. It just isn't worth the money or the effort. Their policies and customer service are terrible. The food is good, but not enough to just put up with constant mistakes and then a rubbish response when you're left without the food you paid for.

I've tried a few different meal delivery services and this one is definitely the best. Outstanding food and service.

Horrible service, use a competitor ! I have been subscribed to Keytofood for a few months and had numerous issues: - Delivery often came late (past 23:00), and in several occasions, the food was left outside of the building, which is highly unsanitary. I have been promised replacement meals, which never came. - One of the deliveries was given to an entirely different building. - I have asked them to stop delivering the meals and refund my last payment due to these missed deliveries. They have stopped delivering but never refunded. This company lacks of hygiene, timeliness and decency and I would strongly advise to choose another service.
