SET has honestly been a game changer in my life. Im stronger, fitter and more confident than ever thanks to the help and guidance from Billy, Rob and Ben. Its great to train in a friendly, encouraging environment with like-minded women. Gone are the days when I was afraid to step into the weights section! Take the step and join, you wont regret it!

Before I signed up for SET LDN, I had a commercial gym membership which I barely used, didn't know what I was doing didn't feel comfortable hence rarely went. Luckily I found Rob and Billy and they completely changed my relationship with training. I thought I signed up there to loose weight but I actually gained confidence, my body literature transformed and I feel much happier with the results. I love the feeling I have when I train with SET LDN! They are fun but super attentive and even though it's a group training you feel loads of attention on you on every session whether you're new or have been training with them for years.
