Of all of the FRAME studios I have visited, Shoreditch is by far my favourite (sorry Angel). The welcome is always warm and the atmosphere is energetic and buzzy. Ive attended most classes and my recommendations would be, Ben S, Catherine R or Scarlett for Reformer Pilates, Chris U for Dance Cardio, Vivian S for Kettlebells (mostly Angel I think) Alexus R for Lift or Box Fit and Francesca for Yoga at all levels. Each have their own style but all are motivating, enthusiastic and give me total confidence that Im being taught by a total expert and am in great hands. And, while there are plenty of sweaty Bettys and Lulu Lemonites there, it doesnt feel at all like an exclusionary girl gang of perfect instagrammable fitness snobs, which has so far meant Ive never dismissed the idea of trying something new, which is what I think Frame represents, encouragement and exploration of movement. My only gripe is how busy the classes can get, which can be off putting when you feel like a sweaty sardine.
