I booked tickets through Seatplan for a show at the National Theatre. When my party arrived, the seats were already taken by other patrons, who also had legitimate tickets. Apparently the same tickets had been sold twice and we could thus not see the show. I requested a refund from Seatplan, but 4 weeks later this still has not been actioned.

I purchased tickets for a play through Seatplan. A few days before the play I tested positive for COVID. I contacted Seatplan about exchanging the tickets for another date. They referred me to their "partner" company. I contacted the partner company and they told me that I have to deal with Seatplan. Bottom line, they gave me a runaround. I will never work with them again.

On booking a ticket with Seat Plan the show was subsequently cancelled , l then had to chase Seat Plan for my refund which I was not happy about, but I can only say that since reaching out to their customer service, I have not only received my refund but also theatre tokens for half of the value of the ticket. Thanks to Sarah Cahill, A negative experience has been turned into a positive one shall enjoy using my vouchers and will recommend and use Seat Plan in the future

Avoid as they have only email customer service which is not helpful!!! I have tried to use the exchange voucher on the website with no luck. The tickets I purchased in good faith are expensive and I have no way to move them because the vouchers I am issued do not work. I have reached out to customer service on multiple occasions and not had any further assistance to resolve this problem. I suggest not using this company and instead chooosing a better company who have the ability to assist their customers.
