Terrible company, avoid like the plague.

We signed up with this company over a year ago to try and get some Christmas bookings and some potential summer bookings when the season came. We struggled a lot with getting responses from our account managers throughout the process, making it hard to improve our sales. Our subscription was renewed for an additional 3 months as a goodwill gesture to try and help us get all the bookings we were promised yet no avail. I logged on almost everyday and did what our account managers said would help but we found there were no serious enquiries with people enquiring for birthday parties with little to no budget. This was the opposite of what we were promised, which made us subscribe in the first place. Overall we received not one booking, not even one to make back the subscription fee so our whole subscription and account have been a total waste of money and time. Anyone curious to subscribe and benefit their venue, I wouldn't bother there are better subscriptions out there! Venue scanner for one! * EDIT * As soon as our contract ended we were sent enticing emails trying to get us to sign up as well as calls from their sales team. Clearly there is no communication at the company and we have had to ask to be taken off marketing etc. on multiple occasions.
