        Our elderly neighbour had a wiring issue which caused all of her lights to stop working. Fred came out at short notice, and sorted the problem, and went above and beyond (even looking at an unrelated problem with her cooker). I wouldn't hesitate to use Efficient Maintenance again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
