I just wanna say I had appointments at 9am and what I noticed was the sign outside say they open till 9.30am and they call me saying the doctor is running late as usual when I went before to see a doctor at 12pm and I had to wait over 3 hours honestly this is my last time coming here the worst dentist in no Tom I gonna follow a complaint from this dentist I wont let them get away with it and not even text me that is been re schedule or nothing I came far to see about my gums and they are so in responsibility like I hope it close down!

Clinic closed for 9.30 appointment on a Saturday morning. No cancellation call. Really bad service.

Extremely rude receptionist. Her attitude was very strange, and acted like she was mentally ill or has a chemical imbalance. Very very rude.

It's been so many years since I went to Cosmo clinic under an NHS patient. I haven't seen anyone as precise, fast and correct in his professional opinion as his. Many of my friend's and family changed their dentist to Dr. Zadshir because he is very good at what he does. None of our family and friends heard from anyone else that it will take 3 months before a tooth must be Root Canalled. Usually dentists, worse in NHS cases ( for money) immediately take x-rays and decide to kill the nerve without thinking of the vulnerability of that tooth and the problems that come after that. Dr Zadshir however, takes an xray for his record and sends you home with medications asking you back in 3 months. He explains that it takes 90 days before anyone would know your tooth really needs a Root Canal. He is a dentist by passion and I personally respect this a lot. He works very fast but this doesn't mean he lacks any of his work on you, he is fast because he is good at what he does since 1996 as I hear in their voice hold calls. Professional girls working at his practice with a few more dentist but I personally would wait until i see him. Since his practice is only 5 minutes walk from Hoxton station, I never drive there.
