        Terrible website. Unusably slow customer services and unfathomably slow returns. 15 days to process a return that i am now being charged 3.50 for even though the reason i am returning is because they failed to send my item out on 24hr shipping despite me paying 7.50 at midday. Fails at 24 hour shipping. Charges you for returns. Hours waiting on hold for a customer service agent only to be disconnected. Waiting days for an email response. Totally useless

        The first time I used the site it was really good for value but seems like each time I order something the price of things increase by a few theres some amazing things on there but this thing with the pricing is crazy

        7 orders in 4 months and yet to receive any of them... Told issue been investigated but never get an explanation no matter how many times I reorder. Complete lack of communication from the company
