Ordered some shoes and was then told they were the last of my size in stock and were found to have defects so they would have to cancel my order and refund me the money within 3-5 working days. Way over a week went by and still nothing. I then contacted them to see what was going on and they say the refund has been fully issued but I have not yet received anything, so my only option was to contact my bank and start a merchant dispute. The only way you will get your refund is if you contact your bank and claim a merchant dispute. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
