The initial contact with them was a meeting and harry was very helpful in going over everything and explaining the requirements and what to expect throughout the process. He helped us plan the process and this really helped us. We submitted the application and got approved within a reasonable time. Very happy with the service we received and are continuing with them for ongoing support.
