They fixed my MacBook several times already, and it works well. So, it means they know what they are doing. I am happy, and they give 90 warranty after repairs. That brings their professionalism even higher. They are excellent guys which I find the best in East London. Highly Recommend.

My Air had been run over: the case was bent and the screen broken. The Shoreditch repairs team did an initial assessment, managed my expectations and then found a better solution when they did a full assessment. It's fixed now and running 100%, thanks to the team for a great job.

I came in with a battery issue with my Lenovo Thinkpad needing it replaced. Staff answered all questions exhaustively that I had and were accommodating as well. The battery was replaced way before when I expected it to be fixed. All in all, the staff clearly were experts in what they did as they explained what they had done to fix my problem vs. just handing the laptop over and saying 'good luck' like most repair shops do
