Life savers! I was working on an important spreadsheet for most of the day when my computer suddenly froze. I had a deadline to meet that was only a few hours away so I contacted Lucidica IT and spoke to Ali. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable and helped me to sort the issue and recover out my data meaning I managed to meet my deadline! Great guy who saved my day.
