Blue broom were contracted by our estate agent to provide an end of tenancy deep clean a service which they did not provide. The flat had dust in the corners, hair in the bath and the cleaner left cigarette ends in our back garden. They also stole a bottle of weed killer and several rolls of toilet paper I phoned Julia to complain and ask to be refunded. She shouted over me that her cleaners do not smoke called me a liar and hung up on me. Later I called again after learning that one of my neighbors witnessed the cleaner smoking she wouldnt answer my call and texted me to accuse me of harassing her?! Do not use this company under any circumstances, EDIT Since Julia has disabled the option to respond to her reply here goes- If the cleaner didnt smoke in my back garden then how did the three identical lipstick covered cigarette buts appear in my garden? Did I apply lipstick and start smoking in order to post false evidence for the sake of it? Or did I search the surrounding streets in order to find identical lipstick covered cigarettes to post a false review? How about my upstairs neighbor seeing the cleaner sat in the garden (an area of the property the cleaner had No business being in) is she lying as well? How would you prove the cleaner didnt smoke? Ask her and if she says no take her on her word? There was absolutely nothing strewn across the floor of the property, neither my wife or myself would do anything that disrespectful. The property was okayed by the independent property reviewer AFTER I had spent hours cleaning it. Julia has since lied AGAIN and said she attended the property and has photographic evidence of the work her cleaner carried out, this is blatantly untrue as she has failed to provide these photos despite numerous requests. (I have geotagged photos of everything) Julia has also lied to my former estate agent and claimed I used foul language when I phoned her to complain, she is claiming to be some sort of victim and claiming she has been harassed, simply because Ive asked for a refund. Regardless of how many google accounts she makes in order to give herself positive reviews, the fact remains her service is appalling and she is unprofessional rude and a liar

Brilliant clean and easy to organise. Would definitely use again in the future. I used BlueBroom for an end of tenancy clean.

We had after tenancy cleaning done just before Christmas. Very pleased with the service, cleaners were very helpful moving our belongings and cleaning at the same time, great communication. would definitely recommend ! We used Blue Broom again and they are faultless. I wanted to write another review if allowed unfortunately I could just amend this one. They wash carpets with bio degradable /eco friendly detergents, which is amazing as I have small children. To be honest I wasn't sure if these products will remove all the dirt, but I was so pleased with the result, the machinery is super powerful , amazing! will definitely use them again!
