        My bike wasn't ready by the day I had been told it would be and I couldn't get through to anyone at the shop to find out what was going on. When I did get through a week later I was told about a 65 service fee, which doubled the costs of the repairs. When I picked up my bike the brakes hadn't been repaired properly.
