My first time going to a VR experience but I loved it. Was so much more than I expected. The pods are really fun and the games even more so. Stuff friendly and helpful. Recommend.

The host introduction was good. Instructions were brief and lead to some confusion as there is no illustration or description once in the vr lobby to what game or experience you were going into, so making sure you know what you want to do before going into your pod is a must. Once in the pod, the smell is not great. Headset cushions or foam is worn and flat, so plastic was resting on my face instead, the lenses are blurry and perhaps needing cleaned. In-game support was good to help with the frustration when direction wasn't intuitive and although you wear a headset to speak to your friends the volume of the game didn't drop so its very hard to hear them. It was fun, but more a frustrating feeling by the end made this a 2-star experience for me, unfortunately.

The best experience I've had in a long time 100% worth the money and I would recommend the premium package for anyone attending. Will defo be going again
