Appauling service. Some staff in complaints are not professional and never return your call. Even the complaints manager never call you back. Be careful using them.

Wont let me pay off my loan, so they are keeping the asset of their books, it looks good for them, stay away , do not come any were near them

TITLE: Shawbrook's lack of security caused my personal details to be stolen I have applied to one of their job openings and started an interview process that at first seemed ok. After getting to the second or third step of the interview process, it seems that my contact was stolen by a scam artist who pretended to be working for them. They had requested some private details for the application process to progress, giving the reason that it's a security measure since they are a bank. The whole process lasted around 3 months in which Shawbrook didn't realize someone was using their domain to pretend they were working there. Who knows how many of their customers had their information stolen as well? I had to proactively reach out for over 2 months for Shawbrook to discover this issue with their security. How can you trust your money with someone that doesn't have proper security?

Withdrawing funds takes far too long. Timescales stated on site are wrong. Account closed, or at least trying to, as still waiting on final funds.
