Cottons Chartered Accountants London

Ollie Warne at Cottons was a great help when I started my own LTD company. He has made everything super easy for me and don't know what I'd do without his help. If anyone is starting out in business and isn't familiar with excel sheets or accounting then Cottons will be a major help.

Unfortunately we are taking legal action against this firm and have reported them to the ICAEW due to their unprofessionalism and lack of ethics. I write this review to really warn people from making the same mistakes I did. They have filed accounts and completely missed out bank accounts and loans and they just write off anything that doesn't match, claiming that it's in your best interest so that you pay less tax. We've had to get our accounts completely re-done by another company and even our Xero transactions have had to have been completely reconciled for the last year. The accountant we had went into our Xero and removed all our integrations which actually cost us clients. He denied it, only for it to be proved by Xero. I also got billed for emails and phone calls, which I found very distasteful. I hated the consistent lies from Cottons all around and when I tried to complain, they had absolutely zero interest in trying to resolve things and instead got really nasty. IMO, they're a really bad firm who are not only bad at their job, but also just very nasty people too.
