Amy Pay Osteopathy & Sports Injuries

Amy really helped me with lower back pain during my pregnancy due to scoliosis. She gave me exercises to do at home as well which were great for reducing pain in between visits. Amy is a kind and caring person and I enjoyed chatting with her during our sessions. I'm sure I will be back if and when I need more support!

Would defo recommend Amy - quick to reply via emails/whatsapp - managed to fit me in at late notice - helpful advice and defo helps every-time i visit.

Amy is a great Osteopath with many additional trainings and skills in sports injuries. Over the years, I have travelled to her practices in Herne bay, Chatham and now Hadlow, Nr Tonbridge, I would not dream of seeing anyone else

Amy is brilliant! She helped me with my knee pain that I developed during my morning runs. She highlighted quite a few issues with my posture and the way I walk, and recommended exercises accordingly. The pain was gone pretty soon afterwards and didn't return. She's also absolutely lovely and a real joy working with :) Thank you Amy!
