Received two pots today... beautiful and exactly as seen online... cannot fault this place for the best big pots that you cannot find anywhere else.. the delivery was flawless and the driver was so polite and helpful (even offered to place the pots in the back garden)... amazing service... this is my second order and I will definitely be ordering again... thank you

I ordered 3 pots, had to pay 45 courier fee, only recieved 2 pots which were quite expensive. The pots were o.k but not worth what they cost. When I enquired to customer service and I finally spoke to someone who was really rude and avoided answering my emails of complaint for a week, i explained about my missing pot which he didnt seem to give a toss about. I had to chase him repeatedly he said it wasn't in the company's interest to send me my missing pot and he didnt know why it wasn't sent. I was really cross as I had spent almost 200 with this company, he finally offered 20 which he told me the pot wasn't even worth!. One of the worse customer service experiences I've ever had. Absolutely disgusted and wont buy from the again!
