Ive just ordered my third bag of logs, kindling and firelighters. Great on line website, easy to order and amend items require up until delivery date. Always punctual. Brilliant company - great communications, quality wood and such a lovely chap that does the deliveries - so helpful and polite (an absolute credit to the company). Will definitely be using Bertie's again and recommending to others.

We get all of our wood from Bertie's. The quality of the wood is top notch. It always burns easily and clean. No smoke. The only downside is getting a delivery slot.

Purchased Bertie's logs for the first time after reading such good reviews and we are so happy with the quality and service. Firstly I had completely forgotten to clear a space for the delivery and the driver not only cleared the space but left everything neat and tidy. We've used several different suppliers in the past and Bertie's logs are by far the most superior in quality and burning time . Very happy customer and will only use Bertie's going forward.
