What a shocking company! Marpaul have recently undertaken a project in Surrey where they have acted as principal contractor. They have employed a scaffold company who has caused considerable damage to an adjacent property. For months we have been trying to resolve the damage through Marpaul and their insurance company Aviva , with no success. They don't seem to care, respond to emails or take an interest in the damage they have caused despite photographical proof. I have attached photographical proof. As you will see Marpaul scaffold sub contractor has trespassed onto a private roof and damage has now occurred. Health and Safety requirements not followed and the HSE have also been informed. As a consequence Marpaul have now been been reported to Construction Line.
